Our hubs – Where to find what

Fendt precision in plant protection

With the Rogator 600 and Rogator 300, we showcase Fendt professional plant protection equipment in action in themed hub 3. The focus here lies on excellent application precision, as well as easy everyday handling of your machines.

In a special arena designed to recreate actual conditions, the Rogator 655 and Rogator 344 show the benefits of the Opti-Sonic boom height guide and angling of either side of the boom in action. The boom stability is also illustrated by riding over a „bumpy stretch of land“. The use of SectionControl and VariableRateControl is also illustrated during the practical demonstration. To close, we show you how easy it is to handle the machine for everyday tasks (controls, filling, etc.).

FENDT Rogator 600

The Fendt Rogator 600 self-propelled sprayer offers a very low centre of gravity, outstanding balanced weight distribution, and a very steady boom position. The hydraulic track width adjustment and stepless adjustment of the ground clearance allow maximum flexibility and soil protection. The single wheel suspension and the new Rogator 600 VisionCab create a high level of comfort. The entire range of VarioDoc data management options, wireless data communication and VarioGuide guidance system through to RTK accuracy, are available factory-installed.

The AGCO VisionCab has many well-designed storage options for the operator and his personal documents, as well as an integrated cool box under the instructor seat. Lockable and sealed storage compartments are also provided on the outside for personal protective equipment, as is sufficient stowage for pesticide stock.

Optimal weight distribution protects the soil and therefore protects your plants. Regardless of the tank contents, the Rogator always has a weight distribution of 50:50 in its operating position. Four wheels of the same size of up to 2.05 m high and 710 mm wide and a large diameter (710/75R34) offer the maximum possible contact area. Its 4WD steering system means that the Rogator runs like on rails, even when taking corners. There are no inner circles as on self-steering axles, and crop damage in reduced. The steering system switches automatically to front axle steering in the operating position. The rear axle can be easily controlled manually to prevent drift on slopes. The HydroStar CVT drive performs the differential lock function via an intelligent power distribution. Each axle can transfer 100% power in extreme situations.

FENDT Rogator 300

The trailed Fendt Rogator 300 meet all the requirements that customers expect of a cutting-edge, trailed plant protection implement. Flexible trailing and drive, powerful, and easy to handle. With SectionControl, VariableRateControl and VarioDoc Pro significantly increase efficiency.

The compact machines with low centre of gravity allow you to switch between upper and bottom hitch at any time, and can be adjusted to suit different tractors and tyre sizes. Even in the case of high and wide tyres, the chassis concept with the OptiSteer steering axle system guarantees maximum manoeuvrability and crop protection.

The Fendt Rogator 300 is fully ISOBUS compatible-compatible and AEF-certified. The trailed sprayer can be conveniently and safely operated using the OptiControl joystick. The central Rogator hydraulics only use the power which is actually required, and guarantees efficiency.

VariableRateControl (VRC) shows its strength when it comes to precise dosing of liquids. For best effect, transfer the relevant application maps to the tractor before application using VarioDoc Pro. The exact application quantity is then sent to the Rogator 300 via the ISOBUS interface, and applied with great precision thanks to the VarioGuide steering system. VRC can be used to avoid returning to the yard with leftover liquid, and can assist when more exact quantities of pesticides need to be purchased.
